The Horrothia Type One is one of those pedals that proves less really can be more. Hand-built in the UK and inspired by the legendary Boss CE-1, it delivers lush, three-dimensional chorus sounds with an almost ridiculously simple one-knob layout. Plug in, turn the knob and enjoy some of the finest modulation sounds we've had through the shop.
Beautifully voiced, wonderfully musical and just a little bit addictive, the Type One is a pedal that makes everything sound better without drawing attention to itself. A proper boutique gem.
Please note: this is an early Type One and requires a 12V DC centre-negative power supply, rather than the 9V supply used by later versions. The Horrothia Type One is one of those pedals that proves less really can be more.
