Big delays. Big reverbs. Absolutely massive sounds.
The EarthQuaker Devices Avalanche Run is what happens when a delay and reverb pedal decide they aren't interested in behaving themselves. Going from subtle ambience and warm repeats to huge, washed-out walls of sound, with the expression control and stretch function opening up even more strange and wonderful territory.
It's brilliant for creating space, texture and downright ridiculous noise.
